Good breakfast, very friendly staff an clean rooms and property. For LA and the area still pricey but ok I guess. The rooms are spacious and clean. Modernized bathrooms and accesories do not really leave room for improvement.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, large room, near UCLA, many good things around the hotel: supermarket and places.I had problems with my check-in and the reception was very patient and kind.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious at a good price. No issues with shower, Wi-Fi, amenities etc. It wasn't a Royal Palace like its regal hotel name but a good old regular Best Western.

Room was the perfect size for what I needed with clean and adequate facilities. Breakfast selection was good enough to set you up for the day and constant fresh coffee in the lobby is perfect for topping up without needing to use the facilities in the room. Staff were all pleasant and always on hand to help out with all your needs. It is evident that the hotel are keen to keep their facilities looking well as they were having new carpets fitted during my stay.

* The staff who work at this hotel are great. They are the best part of this establishment! I was greeted when I arrived at 2am and was promptly helped. * Everything seemed clean in the room. * Bed was fairly comfortable * Received a basic motel room at an affordable price. Had a microwave and mini fridge, TV, desk, chair, etc. * The motel has a hot tub. * Location is close to the 405 and 10 freeways, as well as Sawtelle and other places to go in West LA
